The classes are sorted by type or level.  To understand the different Levels and Intensities check out the Start Here page.  The types of classes currently available are:

  • Full-length Yoga – run about an hour, these are great when you have the time give yourself the full experience.
  • Gimme 20’s – Twenty-minute classes designed for your average day. You should be able to dress and take the class in less than a half hour. These classes are an abbreviated version of Full Classes and will cover most of the same material, just in smaller bites.
  • Take 10’s – Got 10 minutes to spare? You have a crazy busy day but you want to maintain consistency. Studies have shown that even a few minutes a day is a positive step in maintaining bone density, strength, and flexibility. In less time than most people shower, Take 10 will allow you to face your day guilt-free!
  • Yoga for Sleep – Classes designed for ALL LEVELS. If you are one of the millions that has trouble getting to sleep, these classes will help. They fade out at the end so that if you happen to fall asleep, you won’t be awakened.
  • Yin Yoga  – A slow paced style of yoga that holds poses for a longer period of time, with rest between each pose. For many people new to yoga this is more what they expected in a yoga class. Often the longer holds use props to support the body to stay in the pose longer. This type of class is more relaxing and meditative.
  • Tabata’s – A great way to squeeze in a workout when you only have a few minutes to spare. These are short and active classes ranging from 5 – 10 minutes using movements from both Yoga and Pilates.
  • Quick Clinics – Designed for those new to yoga, they are a short breakdown of a singular pose including basic instruction, common mistakes, and ways to compensate.
  • Cuties (aka QT’s – Quick Transitions)  are short clinics that break down a singular transition and will help you build the skills and strength to improve that transition.
  • Mat Pilates – Pilates is a form of body and breath work that marries beautifully with Yoga.  Joseph Pilates was fascinated with anatomy and all forms of exercise, he brought those movements into his method. Where Yoga tends to focus on postures, Pilates tends to focus on small detailed movements.

Remember: A Beginner/Low Intensity will be more challenging than a Novice/High Intensity.
